Pricing Options
Kit-Set
The Kit-Set option is the most affordable option we offer. A Kit-Set comes with the required materials to stand your new whare. It also includes the plans and working drawings needed for a licensed builder to carry out the build.
Lock Up
The Lock Up price is for a building that comes standing, with cladding, joinery and roof all installed. This is an affordable option where you can then insulate, line and finish the internal walls yourself. You can also choose to paint the exterior walls, saving a lot on the up-front costs.

Lined
The Lined price is for a building that comes standing, cladded, roofed, insulated with internal walls that are lined with 9mm ply all around.
Finished
The Finished price is for a building that comes finished inside and out. This includes all framing, cladding, joinery, and roof installed. Aswell as all insulation, wiring, plumbing, 9mm ply lining, interior varnish, vinyl flooring in wet areas, carpet in bedroom and living areas and exterior wood stain too.
