Absolutely. Take a look at our Custom Designs page for more information. Or Contact us if you already have a sketch of your new house or want to meet with us to talk more together.

Do you have Finance or Rent to Buy options?
We have Finance and limited Rent to Buy options on or Piha - Cabins. We also have Finance options on our Tuwhera - Open Units and Te Iti - 1 Bedroom Units. You will need to talk with your bank or mortgage broker about finance on our Maatau - 3 Bedroom Houses and Moenga Rua - 2 Bedroom Houses as there are consentable whare that usually require a mortgage to fund.

Can I use my Kiwisaver?
Yes. You can use your kiwisaver to build one of our Maatau - 3 Bedroom House and Moenga Rua - 2 Bedroom House, if you are a first home buyer. You may also qualify for up to $20,000.00 towards your deposit, from the government as a first home grant. You usually wont be able to use your kiwisaver on a non-consentable whare.

How much will delivery cost?
Deliver costs vary depending on the size of the house and the distance from our yard to your site. An estimate of the delivery cost is around $500.00 for our Piha - Cabin, $2,500.00 for Tuwhera - Open Unit and Te Iti - One Bedroom Unit and $15,000.00 for our Maatau - 3 Bedroom House and Moenga Rua - 2 Bedroom House.

How long will it take to build and deliver my new home?
Because we build your house at our yard there are alot of variances we have eliminated from the project. This enables us to provide you with a lead time for delivery on your building. These lead times are based on the the type of house you choose. Take a look at our Plans and Designs to see the average lead time on our different whare.

Can you build my new home on my site?
Our specialty is transportable housing, but our builders have years of experience on full size houses, built on site. We can definitely build our plans and designs on your site. We can also do custom designs and plans to build on your site. This is a great option if you require a larger full sized whare to suit you and your whanau.

Does the price include foundations?
Our transportable houses are designed to sit on timber pile foundations. A quote for this will be provided once your designs have been finalised. We do ensure that this quote will be the most competitive price.

What are the cost of the foundations?
The cost of the foundations varies depending on your site. Our whare are designed to sit on timber pile foundations. Our non-consentable houses can be set on temporary foundations but can be set on permanent foundations at a cost of around $500.00-$2,000.00. An estimate of this cost for our Maatau - 3 Bedroom House and Moenga Rua - 2 Bedroom is around $10,000.00 for materials and labour. We can build Custom Designs if you require concrete foundations
