We only have limited Rent to Buy options on our Piha - Cabins at this stage. With a $1,000.00 deposit, + $500.00 delivery fee, you can begin your Our Rent to Buy plan at $120 per week. You will then own your cabin after the term of the agreement.
Finance

Mortgage
Talk with your bank or mortgage broker about finance on our Maatau - 3 Bedroom House and Moenga Rua - 2 Bedroom House. It is also a good idea to get in contact with your Kiwisaver provider if you are a first home buyer. You may also qualify for up to $20,000.00 towards your deposit for a first home mortgage.
